Join us for the 26th Annual Diverse Voices Conference, the largest in-person conference in Western Canada dedicated to addressing family, domestic, and sexual violence. For more than a quarter century, this event has brought together frontline workers, researchers, policymakers, and advocates to share knowledge, best practices, and emerging research that help better support individuals and families impacted by violence.
The Diverse Voices 2026 Conference will take place at the Fantasyland Hotel – West Edmonton Mall on Oct. 28-30, 2026. For the first time, the conference will expand to a three-day event, reflecting the continued growth of the Diverse Voices community and the demand for deeper learning and collaboration. We are excited about this expansion, which will allow us to offer greater opportunities for networking, professional development, and meaningful dialogue.
This year’s program will feature leading experts, powerful speakers, and practical discussions focused on strengthening responses to family, domestic, and sexual violence. Whether you are a service provider, educator, healthcare professional, law enforcement officer, researcher, or community leader, the Diverse Voices Conference provides a unique opportunity to build skills, exchange ideas, connect with peers from across Western Canada, and be part of the collective effort to create safer communities.
