We welcome thoughtful questions in advance using the form below. Please keep questions respectful, non-identifying, and focused (e.g., access to support, helpful responses, systems, healing, and community). To protect privacy and safety, please do not include names, locations, or case details, and avoid graphic descriptions.

Selection & moderation:

  • Questions will be reviewed by the moderator and panelists, and may be combined, or lightly edited for clarity, safety, time and to ensure the psychological safety and comfort of those sitting on the panel.

  • We may not be able to address every question.

  • The lived expertise panel will have the final decision on which questions they choose to answer during the discussion.
